Depending on order volume, this process can take 10–15 business days, and in busy periods it may take longer. This allows us to make sure the design, layout, and production details are prepared properly before the item is sent to our manufacturing partner.
After the design and order details are confirmed, the item is sent to our production partner for manufacturing. Once production is complete, we review the order details, confirm the customer's shipping information, and prepare the order for shipment.
After production is completed and the order is ready to ship, delivery usually takes an additional 4–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
If there are any unexpected delays due to high order volume, production timing, or shipping issues, we will keep you updated by email. If you have any questions about your order, our customer support team is always happy to help.
